The Faxon Flame Fluted TiN Barrel for Glock^® 19 is a premium upgrade designed to enhance both the performance and aesthetics of your pistol. Precision machined in-house from stress-relieved 416-R stainless steel, this non-threaded barrel offers exceptional strength, tight tolerances, and drop-in compatibility with Glock^® 19 Gen 1–5 slides. No gunsmithing required—just superior results right out of the box.

This barrel features flame fluting to reduce weight and increase surface area for improved heat dissipation. The Titanium Nitride (TiN) PVD finish not only gives the barrel a striking gold hue but also boosts lubricity, corrosion resistance, and overall barrel life. Faxon’s button rifling process ensures accuracy, while the conventional rifling allows shooters to use a wide range of ammunition types, including cast lead.

With better-than-factory tolerances, you can expect a tighter lockup than OEM barrels, contributing to improved consistency and precision shot after shot.

Please note: There is a known compatibility issue with some Zaffiri Precision slide models (ZPS.3v2 and ZPS.6) due to the size and placement of the top window on the slide.
