The Faxon Duty Series Threaded Barrel for SIG P365 is built for shooters who want a rugged 1/2×28 barrel upgrade without moving into the lighter, fluted architecture of the Match Series. Machined from stress-relieved 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium steel, this 9mm barrel combines a durable Salt Bath Nitride treatment with a threaded muzzle and drop-in fit for factory-spec P365 slides.

The Duty Series is centered on durability and straightforward function. Faxon applies its Black Nitride treatment inside and out to improve surface wear resistance, corrosion protection, and lubricity while preserving the low-profile appearance of a traditional black P365 barrel. The result is well suited to defensive, training, and high-round-count configurations where a durable threaded barrel is the priority.

A 3.71-inch overall length extends the muzzle beyond a standard P365 slide and provides direct access to common 1/2×28 threads. This allows the barrel to accept compatible 9mm suppressors, compensators, and thread protectors while maintaining the compact dimensions of the standard P365 platform.

Internally, the barrel uses conventional button rifling with a 1:10 twist rate and a 9mm SAAMI-spec chamber. Conventional rifling also provides broad projectile compatibility, including jacketed and cast-lead bullets. An 11-degree target crown and Faxon’s tighter-than-factory fitment complete the precision-focused machining.
