The Faxon 6MM ARC 20″ Heavy Fluted Match Series Barrel is designed for precision performance in long-range AR builds. Crafted in-house from stress-relieved 416R stainless steel, this barrel features aggressive straight fluting for reduced weight and enhanced cooling—delivering durability without compromising accuracy.

Featuring 5R rifling and an 11-degree target crown, this barrel enhances bullet stability, minimizes jacket deformation, and promotes higher velocities. The QPQ nitride finish and Nickel Teflon-coated M4 feed ramp extension provide superior corrosion resistance, extended lifespan, and smooth feeding under hard use. This model includes a rifle-length gas system and a .750 gas block journal, making it ideal for precision applications.

Each Faxon Match Series barrel is MPI inspected and individually headspace checked using precision custom hardened gauges. The result is a barrel you can count on for dependable, repeatable accuracy from shot to shot—even in high-pressure or competition environments.
