The Faxon 6MM ARC 16″ Gunner Match Series Barrel is purpose-built for shooters seeking a lightweight, high-performance option for precision AR builds. Made entirely in-house from stress-relieved 416R stainless steel, this barrel features Faxon’s proven Match Series quality, including 5R rifling, an 11-degree target crown, and a QPQ nitride finish for improved durability and performance.

This barrel is configured with a mid-length gas system and a 0.75″ gas block journal. It features Faxon’s iconic Gunner profile—a hybrid contour that blends the durability of a Government profile at the rear with the weight savings of a pencil profile up front. This design minimizes front-end weight for better maneuverability while maintaining stiffness and heat resistance where it matters most.

Engineered with performance and balance in mind, the 6MM ARC 16″ Gunner barrel also includes a Nickel Teflon-coated M4 feed ramp extension for smooth, reliable cycling. Each barrel is MPI inspected and individually headspace checked using custom hardened gauges to ensure it meets Faxon’s exacting standards.
