Designed for the 6.5 Creedmoor platform, this 24″ barrel features 5R rifling, an 11-degree target crown, and a QPQ salt bath nitride finish for superior durability and corrosion resistance. The aggressive straight fluting not only improves barrel cooling but also sheds nearly 16 ounces of weight compared to a non-fluted heavy profile—making it easier to maneuver without sacrificing rigidity or accuracy.

Each barrel is individually headspace checked using custom hardened gauges and is MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspected) to verify the integrity of the steel and ensure safe, reliable performance. The Nickel Teflon-coated M4 feed ramp extension enhances feeding reliability, especially under high round counts and harsh conditions.

The 5R rifling design minimizes bullet deformation, reduces fouling, and enhances velocity—all contributing to tighter groupings and increased downrange consistency. Paired with a rifle-length gas system and 0.75” gas block journal, this barrel is optimized for smooth cycling and reduced recoil impulse in precision rifle builds.
