The Faxon .300 BLK 10.5″ Gunner Barrel is a premium choice for builders looking for optimal performance in a compact, lightweight package. Machined from durable 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium (CMV) steel, this barrel features a corrosion-resistant QPQ Nitride finish and a Nickel Teflon coated M4 feed ramp extension for improved reliability and smooth feeding.
Every barrel is 100% manufactured in-house by Faxon from top-tier bar stock and individually checked for headspace using custom hardened gauges. Rigorous testing and strict quality control ensure each barrel meets the demands of tactical, defensive, or range applications.
Configured with a Pistol-length gas system, the Faxon 10.5″ Gunner Barrel is optimized for .300 Blackout performance in suppressed and unsuppressed setups. The Gunner profile blends the proven Government taper with the lightweight characteristics of Faxon’s Pencil profile. This hybrid design maintains material at the rear for better heat management while trimming unnecessary weight from the front, resulting in a perfectly balanced barrel that reduces shooter fatigue and increases maneuverability. The result is a versatile, high-performance barrel well-suited for AR pistols or short-barreled rifles (SBRs).
