USPS is extremely overwhelmed and has informed us they are having difficulty delivering and tracking packages. If your package goes missing in transit, USPS will not assist until a package is missing for 15 days. If you choose “FREE” or “ECONOMY 2-7 DAY” shipping options, this applies to you. This is a frustrating situation for us and our customers, and we want you to make an informed decision. Given the circumstances, a few extra dollars for a premium carrier is something to consider.
Our Recommendation: Choose UPS / FedEx.
We do not reship, refund, or cancel orders in transit. A package is officially declared lost after 30 days in transit. Claims for missing packages are honored at that time.
