Constructed from precision-machined 6061-T6 aluminum and finished in MIL-A-8625F Type III Class 2 hardcoat anodizing, the QRF-10 is engineered for real-world durability in duty, competition, or tactical applications. Its free-floating design eliminates external pressure on the barrel, helping maintain consistent performance during high-volume shooting or precision engagements.

The handguard includes four full-length MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny rails at the 12, 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions, making it ideal for mounting lights, optics, vertical grips, and more. T-marked recoil slots along each rail ensure repeatable accessory placement. Integrated limited-rotation QD sling swivel sockets on both sides offer reliable sling attachment without additional mounting hardware.

Bravo Company’s patented barrel nut and lock-up design (U.S. Patent 8904691) ensures a secure, thermally stable interface between the rail and upper receiver. The steel barrel nut includes a mechanical index for precise alignment, reducing movement caused by heat and extended firing cycles.
