The Bravo Company BCM Bolt Carrier Group in Flat Dark Earth combines BCM’s proven M16-profile carrier design with individually inspected components and a distinctive FDE finish. Built for AR-15, M16, and M4-pattern rifles, this full-auto-profile BCG is designed for shooters who prioritize durability, proper gas-system sealing, and BCM’s stringent quality-control standards.

BCM individually high-pressure tests and Magnetic Particle Inspects the bolt rather than relying solely on batch testing. The bolt is manufactured from Carpenter No. 158 steel and includes BCM’s extractor spring assembly with a black extractor insert and Mil-Spec Crane O-ring for added extractor tension and dependable cycling.

The carrier uses the full M16 profile and includes a chrome-lined interior carrier bore and chrome-lined gas key. The gas key is secured with Grade 8 fasteners and properly staked to help maintain a reliable gas seal under extended use.

This version is finished in Flat Dark Earth, giving builders a factory BCM option for FDE and two-tone rifles without changing the underlying duty-focused architecture of BCM’s standard Auto Bolt Carrier Group.

Individually HPT and MPI Tested Bolt

BCM places significant emphasis on bolt quality control. Each Carpenter No. 158 bolt is high-pressure tested and Magnetic Particle Inspected to help identify material or manufacturing defects before the BCG leaves the factory.

BCM Extractor System

The bolt incorporates BCM’s extractor spring assembly along with a black extractor insert and Mil-Spec Crane O-ring. This combination increases extractor tension and is intended to support reliable extraction across hard-use, suppressed, and high-round-count AR configurations.

Full-Auto M16 Carrier

The carrier uses the heavier M16 profile rather than a reduced-mass configuration, preserving standard reciprocating mass and conventional AR cycling characteristics. The carrier bore and gas key are chrome lined, and the key is properly staked with Grade 8 hardware.

Flat Dark Earth BCM BCG

The FDE finish gives this BCG a separate identity from BCM’s standard Black version while retaining the same core duty-focused construction. It is particularly well suited to FDE, coyote, and two-tone AR builds where the bolt carrier group is intended to remain visible through the ejection port.
