The Ballistic Advantage Threaded Barrel with Spiral Fluting for SIG P365XL and P365 XMacro combines suppressor-ready 1/2×28 threading with a distinctive Light Gray PVD finish. Designed for compatible longer-slide P365 configurations, it offers a refined custom appearance while supporting suppressors, compensators, and other properly matched 9mm muzzle devices.

This barrel is manufactured in a No LCI configuration without a loaded chamber indicator cut. It is intended for compatible SIG P365XL, P365 XMacro, and P365 XMacro TACOPS slide assemblies designed around a non-LCI barrel.

The spiral-fluted exterior creates a continuous machined pattern that adds visual definition and remains visible through compatible slide windows and relief cuts. Its Light Gray Physical Vapor Deposition coating provides a durable surface treatment with strong resistance to corrosion, cycling wear, and environmental exposure.

Ballistic Advantage machines this Premium Series pistol barrel from hardened 416R stainless steel for strength, toughness, and dimensional stability. The 4.2-inch threaded overall length extends beyond the slide and terminates in the common 1/2×28 thread pattern used by many 9mm muzzle accessories.

Each barrel is honed, lapped, and tumbled to remove manufacturing imperfections and produce a smooth finished bore. The chamber meets SAAMI specifications, while bore deviation is held to less than .0001 inch to support consistent lockup, dependable cycling, and repeatable accuracy without a manufacturer-prescribed break-in period.
