The Ballistic Advantage Threaded Barrel with Bomber Fluting for SIG P365XL and P365 XMacro brings 1/2×28 muzzle-device compatibility to the longer P365 slide platform. Its Copper PVD finish and aggressive Bomber-fluted exterior create a distinctive custom appearance, while the No LCI configuration is intended for compatible slide assemblies that do not require a loaded chamber indicator cut.

With a 4.2-inch threaded overall length, this barrel is sized for compatible P365XL, P365 XMacro, and P365 XMacro TACOPS configurations. The extended muzzle provides the clearance needed to attach compatible 9mm suppressors, compensators, and other devices using the common 1/2×28 thread pattern.

Ballistic Advantage machines the barrel from hardened 416R stainless steel, a material selected for strength, toughness, ductility, and corrosion resistance. The Copper Physical Vapor Deposition coating adds a durable protective surface while creating a high-contrast finish that remains visible through compatible slide windows and relief cuts.

Bomber fluting gives the exterior a more angular and pronounced profile than conventional spiral fluting. In addition to distinguishing the barrel visually, the machining complements custom P365XL and XMacro builds where the barrel is an intentional part of the overall design.

Each barrel is honed, lapped, and tumbled to remove manufacturing imperfections and produce a smooth bore that requires no manufacturer-prescribed break-in period. The chamber is manufactured to SAAMI specifications, and bore deviation is held to less than .0001 inch to support dependable lockup, reliable operation, and consistent accuracy.
