This model is manufactured in a No LCI configuration without a loaded chamber indicator cut. It is intended for compatible SIG P365XL, P365 XMacro, and P365 XMacro TACOPS slide assemblies designed to operate with a non-LCI barrel.

The 4.2-inch threaded overall length extends beyond the slide to provide clearance for compatible 9mm suppressors, compensators, and other muzzle devices. Standard 1/2×28 muzzle threads offer broad accessory compatibility for users configuring an XMacro or P365XL for suppressed shooting, recoil management, or future muzzle-device upgrades.
