The Ballistic Advantage Threaded Barrel for SIG P365XL and P365 XMacro adds suppressor-ready capability to compatible longer-slide P365 configurations without the aggressive styling of an exterior flute pattern. Its smooth profile and Copper PVD finish create a clean custom appearance, while 1/2×28 muzzle threads support a broad selection of compatible 9mm suppressors, compensators, and other muzzle devices.

This version includes a loaded chamber indicator cut and is intended for compatible SIG P365XL, P365 XMacro, and P365 XMacro TACOPS slide assemblies configured to use an LCI barrel. The non-fluted exterior maintains a streamlined profile while allowing the Copper finish to remain visible through compatible slide windows and openings.

Ballistic Advantage machines this Premium Series pistol barrel from hardened 416R stainless steel for strength, toughness, and resistance to corrosion. The Copper Physical Vapor Deposition coating adds a durable protective surface designed to withstand routine handling, cycling wear, and environmental exposure.

The barrel uses a 1:10 right-hand twist to stabilize commonly used 9mm projectile weights. Its chamber is manufactured to SAAMI specifications, and bore deviation is held to less than .0001 inch to promote consistent lockup, dependable cycling, and repeatable accuracy.

Each bore is honed, lapped, and tumbled to eliminate manufacturing imperfections and create a smooth internal finish. Ballistic Advantage specifies that no barrel break-in period is required, allowing the barrel to be placed into service after proper installation and a complete function inspection.
