The Ballistic Advantage Threaded Barrel for SIG P365XL and P365 XMacro provides a straightforward suppressor-ready upgrade with a smooth exterior and durable Black QPQ finish. Its non-fluted profile preserves a clean, factory-inspired appearance, making it a strong choice for carry pistols and understated custom builds where function takes priority over decorative machining.

This model is manufactured without a loaded chamber indicator cut. The No LCI configuration is designed for compatible SIG P365XL, P365 XMacro, and P365 XMacro TACOPS slide assemblies that use a non-LCI barrel.

The muzzle is threaded 1/2×28 for compatible 9mm suppressors, compensators, and other muzzle devices. This widely supported thread pattern gives the pistol greater configuration flexibility while the smooth barrel profile avoids the more aggressive appearance of Ballistic Advantage’s Spiral- and Bomber-fluted options.

Ballistic Advantage machines this Premium Series pistol barrel from hardened 416R stainless steel for strength, toughness, and corrosion resistance. The Black Quench Polish Quench treatment increases surface hardness and wear resistance while providing durable protection against moisture, handling, and repeated cycling.

Each bore is honed, lapped, and tumbled to remove manufacturing imperfections and produce a smooth internal finish. The chamber is manufactured to SAAMI specifications, while bore deviation is held to less than .0001 inch to support consistent lockup, dependable cycling, and repeatable accuracy without a manufacturer-prescribed break-in period.
