The Ballistic Advantage Standard Threaded Barrel with Spiral Fluting for SIG P365 adds suppressor-ready 1/2×28 threads and a high-contrast Copper PVD finish to compatible standard-length P365 builds. This No LCI barrel is manufactured without a loaded chamber indicator cut and is intended for SIG P365 and P365X slides configured for a non-LCI barrel.

Part of the Ballistic Advantage Premium Series, the barrel is machined from hardened 416R stainless steel for strength, dimensional stability, and resistance to corrosion. Each bore is honed, lapped, and tumbled to remove manufacturing imperfections and produce a smooth internal finish with no manufacturer-prescribed break-in period.

Spiral fluting gives the exterior a distinctive machined profile that remains visible through compatible slide windows and relief cuts. The Copper Physical Vapor Deposition coating adds a durable protective surface while creating a bold contrast with black, gray, FDE, and stainless slide finishes.

The 3.6-inch threaded overall length extends beyond a standard P365 slide and terminates in 1/2×28 muzzle threads. This common 9mm thread pattern supports compatible suppressors, compensators, and other muzzle devices. A 1:10 right-hand twist provides stabilization for commonly used 9mm projectile weights across defensive, training, competition, and suppressed ammunition.

Ballistic Advantage manufactures the chamber to SAAMI specifications and holds bore deviation to less than .0001 inch to support consistent lockup, accuracy, and reliable operation. Because this model does not include an LCI cut, the slide configuration should be confirmed before installation.
