The Ballistic Advantage Standard Threaded Barrel for SIG P365 combines a clean non-fluted profile, suppressor-ready muzzle threads, and full loaded chamber indicator compatibility. Designed for standard-length SIG P365 and P365X slides, this LCI barrel includes the loaded chamber indicator cut required for compatible factory and aftermarket slide configurations.

Machined from hardened 416R stainless steel, the barrel is built for strength, dimensional stability, and resistance to corrosion and wear. Ballistic Advantage hones, laps, and tumbles each barrel to produce a smooth bore free of manufacturing imperfections, with no manufacturer-prescribed break-in period required.

The smooth, non-fluted exterior maintains a clean factory-inspired appearance while the Light Gray Physical Vapor Deposition finish adds a durable protective coating. The PVD treatment provides corrosion resistance and long-term surface durability while creating a contrasting finish that pairs well with black, gray, stainless, and windowed slide configurations.

Its 3.6-inch threaded overall length extends beyond a standard-length P365 slide and uses 1/2×28 muzzle threads for compatible 9mm suppressors, compensators, and other muzzle devices. A 1:10 right-hand twist supports commonly used 9mm projectile weights for defensive, training, competition, and suppressed ammunition.

Ballistic Advantage manufactures the chamber to SAAMI specifications and holds bore deviation to less than .0001 inch to support consistent lockup, reliability, and accuracy. This version is specifically intended for SIG P365 and P365X slide configurations designed to use a barrel with a loaded chamber indicator cut.
