A 3.6-inch overall length positions the threaded muzzle beyond a standard-length P365 slide, providing 1/2×28 threads for compatible 9mm suppressors, compensators, and other muzzle devices. The smooth, non-fluted exterior preserves a factory-inspired profile while the Black Quench Polish Quench treatment increases surface hardness, wear resistance, and protection against corrosion.

Ballistic Advantage machines its Premium Series pistol barrels from hardened 416R stainless steel for strength, toughness, and dimensional stability. The bore is honed, lapped, and tumbled to eliminate manufacturing imperfections and create a smooth finished surface that is ready for use without a manufacturer-prescribed break-in procedure.

A 1:10 right-hand twist provides dependable stabilization across commonly used 9mm bullet weights. The chamber is produced to SAAMI specifications, while bore deviation is held to less than .0001 inch to support consistent lockup, reliable cycling, and repeatable accuracy.
