The Ballistic Advantage Standard Barrel for SIG P365XL and P365 XMacro provides a durable replacement option for compatible longer-slide P365 configurations. Its non-threaded muzzle and smooth exterior preserve a streamlined, factory-style profile, while the Black QPQ finish delivers a subdued appearance with enhanced resistance to wear and corrosion.

This model is manufactured without a loaded chamber indicator cut. The No LCI configuration is intended for compatible SIG P365XL, P365 XMacro, and P365 XMacro TACOPS slide assemblies designed to operate with a non-LCI barrel.

Ballistic Advantage machines this Premium Series pistol barrel from hardened 416R stainless steel. Selected for its strength, toughness, and ductility, the material provides the dimensional stability and corrosion resistance needed for concealed carry, defensive use, and frequent range training.

The Black Quench Polish Quench treatment hardens the barrel’s surface while improving protection against friction, routine handling wear, and environmental exposure. Its non-fluted exterior maintains a clean appearance that pairs naturally with both factory-style slides and understated custom builds.

Each bore is honed, lapped, and tumbled to remove manufacturing imperfections and create a smooth internal surface. The chamber is produced to SAAMI specifications, and bore deviation is held to less than .0001 inch to support consistent lockup, reliable cycling, and repeatable accuracy without a manufacturer-prescribed break-in period.
