The Battle Arms Development SABERTUBE™ Pistol Receiver Extension with QD End Plate and Gear Head Works Tailhook Mod 1 is a complete pistol buffer tube solution designed for AR pistol configurations. This combo pairs the distinctive SABERTUBE™ dimpled receiver extension with a QD end plate and an aluminum Tailhook Mod 1, delivering a clean, functional setup for modern pistol builds.

Designed specifically for pistol applications, the SABERTUBE™ is NOT A STOCK and is intended for use on AR pistols only. Its lightweight, castle-nut-free design simplifies installation while maintaining compatibility with Mil-Spec carbine buffers and buffer springs.

SABERTUBE™ Pistol Receiver Extension Design

The SABERTUBE™ pistol receiver extension is precision CNC machined from billet 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum and features a unique, lightweight dimpled pattern. The design provides a streamlined profile while remaining compatible with Mil-Spec carbine buffer systems.

Its lightweight construction eliminates the need for a castle nut and is compatible with standard AR-15 lower receivers. The SABERTUBE™ is purpose-built for pistol configurations and is not intended for use as a rifle stock.

Gear Head Works Tailhook Mod 1

This kit includes the Gear Head Works Tailhook Mod 1, manufactured from aluminum and finished in black. The Tailhook Mod 1 is designed for pistol configurations and interfaces directly with the SABERTUBE™ receiver extension to provide a compact, functional rear support solution.

QD End Plate with Integrated Sling Attachment

Also included is a Battle Arms Development QD end plate, CNC machined from billet 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum. The end plate features an integrated QD sling attachment point with limited 30-degree rotation for controlled sling movement.
