Machined from 1144 Stressproof Steel and coated with a durable QPQ/Melonite finish, this barrel nut provides a secure and long-lasting connection while ensuring proper gas tube alignment with the included shim pack.

Important Notes:

• For Standard Threaded Upper Receivers: If you are attaching an Aero Precision Handguard to a standard threaded upper receiver, this barrel nut is required. Ensure you select the correct option between Aero/DPMS threaded barrel nuts and Armalite threaded barrel nuts based on your upper receiver type.
• For M5E1 Enhanced Upper Receivers: If you have an Aero Precision M5E1 Enhanced Upper Receiver, you do not need this barrel nut as the barrel nut and rail mounting platform are integrated into the receiver.
