The Aero Precision M5 15″ ATLAS S-ONE M-LOK Handguard is designed for .308 AR platforms, including the M5 and AR308 builds. It combines a lightweight, free-float design with the ATLAS Attachment System for superior strength, stability, and minimal weight. This handguard is perfect for precision shooters, offering an M-LOK system for modularity and flexibility, along with a Type III Hardcoat Anodized finish for long-lasting durability and a sleek, professional look.

• Quick Disconnect Sling Sockets – Located at the 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions for versatile sling placement.
• Reduced Weight: Only 8.71oz (handguard) + 4.72oz (mounting hardware) – Lightweight for easy handling without compromising stability.
• Inside Diameter (Forward Section): 1.5″ – Compatible with most muzzle devices and suppressors.
• Compatibility with Low-Profile Gas Blocks – Ensures proper clearance and a clean, integrated build.
• Not Compatible with M5E1 Enhanced Upper Receivers due to indexing tab alignment issues.
• Material: 6061-T6 Aluminum – Offers strength and durability in a lightweight package.
• Finish: Type III Hardcoat Anodized – Provides corrosion and wear resistance for long-term use in demanding conditions.

Installation Notes

• Barrel Nut Not Included.
• If installing on a standard mil-spec threaded upper receiver, you must purchase the Aero Precision M5E1 Handguard Barrel Nut Kit.
• No additional barrel nut is required when using the Aero Precision M5E1 Enhanced Upper Receiver.

Compatibility

• Compatible with AR308 upper receivers and barrels, as well as Aero Precision M5 Threaded Upper Receivers.
• Not compatible with the M5E1 Enhanced Upper Receiver due to indexing tab alignment.
• Designed for low-profile gas blocks and compatible with most 1.5” suppressors.
