ATLAS R-ONE Handguard

The Aero Precision ATLAS R-ONE Handguard is engineered for shooters seeking maximum rigidity and minimal weight. It features the Aero Taper Lock Attachment System (ATLAS), which uses two mirrored tapered locking nuts that evenly distribute clamping pressure across a custom-engineered barrel nut via a turnbuckle screw. A ratcheting detent secures the design and provides tactile feedback during installation.

This system eliminates handguard distortion often seen with traditional mounting methods, ensuring long-term durability and alignment even under heavy use.

• Integrated QD sling sockets at 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions

Forged from 7075-T6 aluminum and precision-machined to Aero’s exacting standards, this upper is designed for strength, reliability, and seamless integration with Aero Precision’s M5 lowers and standard AR10 components.
