ATLAS R-ONE Handguard

The Aero Precision ATLAS R-ONE Handguard is engineered to provide maximum rigidity and minimal weight for AR10 and M5 platforms. Featuring the Aero Taper Lock Attachment System (ATLAS), it uses two mirrored tapered locking nuts that evenly distribute clamping pressure across a custom-engineered barrel nut via a turnbuckle screw. A ratcheting detent secures the handguard and provides tactile feedback during installation, ensuring a consistent and secure lock-up.

This design eliminates handguard distortion and enhances repeatable accuracy while maintaining a clean, slim profile ideal for modern AR builds.

When paired with an Aero M5 Lower Receiver, it creates a solid, consistent platform ideal for large-frame precision builds.
