The Aero Precision M4E1-T Complete Upper, 11.5″ 5.56 Mid-Length Gov Profile Barrel, 10.6″ MOD 4 Handguard – Kodiak Brown is a feature-rich upper assembly designed for builders seeking a compact, reliable, and visually distinctive setup for their AR-15. This upper combines premium materials with smart engineering, delivering both form and function in one cohesive package.

Built around Aero Precision’s M4E1 threaded upper receiver, this assembly provides a forged strength profile with a refined billet-style aesthetic. The upper features M4 feed ramps, laser-engraved T-marks, and comes pre-installed with a forward assist and port door. The 11.5″ 5.56 NATO barrel features a carbine-length gas system and government profile, providing a balance of maneuverability and heat management. It is crafted from 4150 chrome moly vanadium steel with a QPQ (quench-polish-quench) nitride finish, and includes an M4 barrel extension and a standard A2 flash hider. The barrel is HP and MPI tested to ensure strength and consistency.

Complementing the receiver is the 10.6″ MOD 4 Handguard, which features a full-length Picatinny top rail and 7-sided M-LOK compatibility for flexible accessory mounting. This handguard is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and includes QD sling sockets with steel inserts at the 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions. A durable steel barrel nut ensures secure attachment and minimizes POI shifts under stress, making it laser-device friendly.
