ATLAS S-ONE Handguard

The Aero Precision ATLAS S-ONE Handguard is engineered for shooters who value lightweight performance and functional design. The Aero Taper Lock Attachment System (ATLAS) features two mirrored tapered locking nuts that apply even clamping pressure across a custom-engineered barrel nut via a turnbuckle screw. A ratcheting detent ensures secure installation, preventing movement and maintaining perfect alignment.

This system minimizes handguard distortion while maintaining strength and rigidity — ideal for compact and precision-focused builds.

• Front and rear Picatinny sections for optic and accessory mounting
• Eliminated center top rail for weight savings and streamlined ergonomics
• Indexing grooves at 12 o’clock for improved grip control
• Integrated QD sling sockets at 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions
• Compatible with low-profile gas blocks

M4E1-T Assembled Upper Receiver

The Aero Precision M4E1 Threaded Assembled Upper Receiver comes fully equipped with the port door and forward assist pre-installed. Forged from 7075-T6 aluminum and precision-machined to Mil-Spec standards, this receiver provides a strong, reliable foundation for any AR15 platform. Pair it with an Aero M4E1 lower receiver for a perfectly matched fit and consistent performance.

• Not compatible with Aero Precision M4E1 Enhanced Upper Receivers.

• May not fit billet upper receivers due to indexing tab differences.
• Compatible with standard AR15 barrels and low-profile gas blocks.
• Optimized for use with 9″ to 10.5″ barrels for proper clearance and balance.
