ATLAS R-ONE Handguard

The Aero Precision ATLAS R-ONE Handguard is engineered for shooters who demand lightweight performance without compromising strength or rigidity. The Aero Taper Lock Attachment System (ATLAS) uses two mirrored tapered locking nuts that evenly distribute clamping pressure across a custom-engineered barrel nut via a turnbuckle screw. A ratcheting detent secures the system, ensuring a repeatable, distortion-free installation.

With its continuous top Picatinny rail and slim profile, the R-ONE Handguard provides exceptional modularity and control — ideal for precision, duty, or competition builds.

Forged from 7075-T6 aluminum and precision-machined to strict Mil-Spec standards, it ensures a secure, consistent fit across all compatible components. When paired with an Aero M4E1 lower receiver, it forms an exceptionally rigid and dependable platform for your AR15 build.
