ATLAS R-ONE Handguard

The Aero Precision ATLAS R-ONE Handguard is designed to provide lightweight rigidity and secure mounting for modern AR15 builds. The Aero Taper Lock Attachment System (ATLAS) uses two mirrored tapered locking nuts to apply even clamping pressure across a custom-engineered barrel nut using a turnbuckle screw. A ratcheting detent secures the system in place, ensuring precise alignment and eliminating handguard distortion during installation.

Built for balance and performance, the R-ONE Handguard offers a continuous top Picatinny rail, making it ideal for optics, sights, and accessories while maintaining exceptional strength-to-weight ratio.

Forged from 7075-T6 aluminum and precision-machined to mil-spec standards, this receiver ensures superior strength and alignment. Pair it with an Aero M4E1 lower receiver for a consistent, rock-solid fit across your AR15 platform.

• May not fit billet upper receivers due to indexing tab differences.
• Compatible with standard AR15 barrels and low-profile gas blocks.
• Optimized for 12.5″ barrels for proper clearance and proportional fit.
