ATLAS S-ONE Handguard

The Aero Precision ATLAS S-ONE Handguard is designed for shooters seeking an optimal balance between strength, precision, and weight savings. The Aero Taper Lock Attachment System (ATLAS) uses two mirrored tapered locking nuts that evenly distribute clamping pressure across a custom-engineered barrel nut via a turnbuckle screw. A ratcheting detent secures the system in place, ensuring consistent alignment and long-term stability under recoil.

This design minimizes installation distortion while maintaining a sleek and highly durable profile—perfect for short-barreled and lightweight AR15 configurations.
