The Aero Precision AR-15 15″ ATLAS S-ONE M-LOK^® Handguard in Kodiak Brown Anodized is a lightweight free-float handguard designed for AR-15 builders who want reduced front-end weight without giving up a secure mounting system. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, this handguard uses Aero Precision’s ATLAS attachment system to provide a slim, stable interface for compatible AR-15 upper receivers.

The S-ONE design eliminates the center section of the top rail to reduce weight while retaining front and rear Picatinny rail sections for common sighting or accessory configurations. M-LOK^® attachment slots provide modular accessory mounting, and indexing grooves at the 12 o’clock position support consistent hand placement during handling and range use.

Aero Precision’s ATLAS attachment system uses mirrored tapered locking nuts that apply evenly distributed clamping pressure across the included barrel nut. A turnbuckle screw and ratcheting detent further secure the system and provide positive registration during installation. This design helps maintain a slim profile while supporting a strong, dependable handguard-to-upper interface.

The Aero Precision AR-15 15″ ATLAS S-ONE M-LOK^® Handguard is compatible with mil-spec AR-15 upper receivers and barrels, and it is also designed to pair with Aero Precision M4E1 Threaded Upper Receivers. It is not compatible with Aero Precision M4E1 Enhanced Upper Receivers, and compatibility with billet upper receivers may vary due to indexing tabs.
