The Aero Precision APRA500104A – 12.7″ ATLAS S-ONE M-LOK Handguard is the latest addition to the Aero Precision handguard lineup. Machined from 6061-T6 Aluminum, the S-ONE line of handguards is designed with both size and weight in mind, providing the perfect handguard for lightweight builds. Aero’s proprietary ATLAS Attachment System offers a durable, slim-profile mounting platform, delivering strength and stability while keeping the weight low.

ATLAS Attachment System

The new Aero Taper Lock Attachment System (ATLAS) is functional and aesthetically pleasing. It features two mirrored tapered locking nuts that provide evenly distributed clamping pressure across a custom-engineered barrel nut using a turnbuckle screw. A ratcheting detent further secures the design while providing positive registration during installation. By design, the even pressure of the ATLAS system avoids distortion of the handguard often seen with current applications during installation. All hardware mounting parts are included with the purchase of an ATLAS Handguard.

• Compatible with Mil-Spec AR15 Upper Receivers and Barrels – Perfect fit for your standard AR15 builds.
• Not Compatible with Aero Precision’s M4E1 Enhanced Upper Receiver – Due to indexing tab alignment, this handguard is not compatible with the M4E1 Enhanced Upper Receiver but works well with the M4E1 Threaded Upper Receiver and most mil-spec AR15 upper receivers.

Installation Notes

• Barrel Nut Not Included.
• If installing on a mil-spec threaded upper receiver, you must purchase the Aero Precision BAR Barrel Nut.
• No additional barrel nut is required when using the Aero Precision M4E1 Enhanced Upper Receiver.

Compatibility

• Compatible with Mil-Spec AR15 Upper Receivers and Barrels.
• Not compatible with M4E1 Enhanced Upper Receivers due to indexing tab alignment.
• Designed for low-profile gas blocks and compatible with most 1.5” suppressors.
