About the ATLAS System

The Aero Taper Lock Attachment System (ATLAS) creates a dependable, distortion-free connection between the handguard and upper receiver. Dual mirrored tapered locking nuts distribute even clamping pressure across a custom-engineered barrel nut, while a turnbuckle screw and ratcheting detent ensure secure, repeatable alignment. This design eliminates flex and distortion commonly found in traditional clamp-style systems.

Compatibility

The ATLAS R-ONE handguard is designed to fit seamlessly with Aero Precision M4E1 Threaded Upper Receivers and standard Mil-Spec AR15 uppers. Due to indexing tabs, it may not fit billet receivers. It is not compatible with M4E1 Enhanced Upper Receivers.
