The Aero Precision APRA500103A – 10.3″ ATLAS S-ONE M-LOK Handguard is the latest addition to the Aero Precision handguard lineup. Machined from 6061-T6 Aluminum, the S-ONE handguards are designed with size and weight in mind, making them the ideal choice for lightweight AR15 builds. The ATLAS Attachment System offers a slim profile without sacrificing strength or stability, providing a dependable mounting platform for precision shooters.
ATLAS Attachment System
The Aero Taper Lock Attachment System (ATLAS) is designed to provide a functional and secure fit. It features two mirrored tapered locking nuts that distribute clamping pressure evenly across a custom-engineered barrel nut. A ratcheting detent adds further security, ensuring precise alignment during installation. The ATLAS system prevents distortion of the handguard, a common issue with traditional mounting systems. All necessary mounting hardware is included with the purchase of the ATLAS Handguard.

- Not Compatible with M4E1 Enhanced Upper Receiver – Due to indexing tabs, the ATLAS Handguards may not fit billet upper receivers but work seamlessly with Aero Precision’s M4E1 Threaded Upper Receivers.
Installation Notes
- Barrel Nut Not Included.
- If installing on a mil-spec threaded upper receiver, purchase the Aero Precision BAR Barrel Nut.
- No additional barrel nut is required when using the Aero Precision M4E1 Enhanced Upper Receiver.
Compatibility
- Compatible with AR15 and mil-spec upper receivers and barrels.
- Not compatible with M4E1 Enhanced Upper Receivers due to indexing tab alignment issues.
- Designed for low-profile gas blocks and compatible with most 1.5” suppressors.
