The Aero Precision AR15 10.3″ ATLAS R-ONE M-LOK Handguard is built for shooters who demand strength, precision, and a refined aesthetic. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished in OD Green Anodized, this free-float handguard offers superior rigidity and balance for short-barreled and tactical AR15 builds where performance and weight reduction are key.

About the ATLAS System

The Aero Taper Lock Attachment System (ATLAS) delivers a secure, repeatable, and distortion-free connection between handguard and upper receiver. Dual mirrored tapered locking nuts apply even pressure across a custom-engineered barrel nut, while a turnbuckle screw and ratcheting detent lock the system firmly in place. The result: consistent alignment and long-term reliability without warping.

Compatibility

The ATLAS R-ONE is designed to pair seamlessly with Aero Precision M4E1 Threaded Upper Receivers and standard Mil-Spec AR15 uppers. Due to indexing tabs, it may not fit billet uppers. It is not compatible with M4E1 Enhanced Upper Receivers.
